Blogging at work- ( my first proper picture blog!)

Yes..I am at work blogging! Things are starting to wind down here and also I think I have had too many red lollies to hold concentration on this report I am suppose to do.

Well the jolly season is coming in less than a week! For a family that doesn't technically celebrate xmas ( cos of your religion), we're really getting into a tizz with all our preparation for our annual xmas dinner/feast which is on this Sunday. More so my mother who for the last 5 days has been nagging me about LAMB! Yes we are not doing our typical viet bbq ( you know the usual....oodles of seafood, meat wrapped in vine leaves and viet meatballs with vermicelli noodles)for the first time in like 5 years! My mum has decided that we need to " embrace other types of food" which is why Sanel got stuck being in charge of the spit roast lamb he is cooking up. I guess being from a wog family, mum thinks he is like the "guru" of making a spit.

So for the last 4-5 days all I hear about it " has Chanel ( cos mum is fob she can't say his name properly *rolls eyes*) ordered the lamb". " how big is it going 2 be?". "oh no do you think we have enough meat? ( he is ordering bloody 15kg for like 12 ppl!!!!)", " hmm maybe i need to make noodles, can you eat this type of meat with noodles?", " can you ask him to save the bones so i can make lamb congee" - yes it is official my mother is driving me mad with lamb questions >.<


And guess what...I finally worked out how to put pictures on my blog! :)

Im back!

Finally I am back! It has been awhile since I have been on blogger! So much has happened since my last entry ( the car accident). Luckily that incident hasnt left me completely scared of cars & driving, although it took a lot of coaxing, lessons, money to get me back onto the road. Unfortunately one thing that I wont be seeing for ages is my own car! My parents has to use to money for my baby corolla for the new replacement car ( as i WROTE OFF my dads car :( )..and what car did they "have" to get? A bloody Rav 4!!! >.<

I am contemplating getting maybe a 98/99 corolla secondhand one just something to get me around but my finances are really in shit until at least after xmas! Hopefully I am able to do all of my xmas shopping in these next few weeks, but still ahve no idea what to get most people. ARGH!.

Right now though I have issues such as this stupid IBL mid placement report to write. Since commencing fulltime work I can honestly say that I am fully off "schoolmode". So here i am sitting at the computer since 12pm it is almost 7pm and i have just opened up the word doc. for this 2000 word report. OMG!!!! All nighter mode again.

I bought myself my early xmas present yesterday too...my first digi camera!! YAY!! :) I am so excited now i can finally take pics instead of using my old shitty motorola. Unfortuantely I havent had a chance to play with it today as I have been on the net but with xmas arriving I will no doubt be able to post up some pics :)

just have to find out how to put pics on blogger..anyone??
